Hall Rental
The Independent Volunteer Fire Company offers rentals of Elvins Hall, named after the family who has given to the fire company so unselfishly over the years. Our hall is perfect for a variety of occasions, including weddings, baby showers, birthday parties and group functions. The hall is extremely versatile and is sure to suit any event.
Provided with all hall rentals is the use of our large round banquet tables, rectangular tables, and our comfortable cushioned banquet chairs. The hall has a maximum capacity of 200 guests seated in chairs at tables. This capacity is reduced if a dance floor, DJ, or buffet is requested.

The standard rental fee is $800 with a $200 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned if the hall is left in the same condition as it was found. All rentals will be required to obtain insurance prior to finalizing a date. All rental include up to a five hour event, all event must conclude by 11pm.

The fee for events designated as a fundraiser for a non-profit is $600 with a $200 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned if the hall is left in the same condition as it was found. All rentals will be required to obtain insurance prior to finalizing a date.
